    Meet the Comedians

Chinedu Unaka (LA '09) is a Los Angeles-based comedian, actor, writer, host and Emmy nominated producer. He recently taped a comedy special with Kevin Hart’s HARTBEAT Productions, currently available on HULU, and his brand of comedy has been featured on NETFLIX is a Joke Radio, COMEDY CENTRAL, HBO, ALL DEF DIGITAL, and more.

As an actor Chinedu has guest starred on hit TV shows and movies including INSECURE, ABBOTT ELEMENTARY, THE MINDY PROJECT and the new HOUSE PARTY.

With a Master’s in Education and years of experience as an educator while performing comedy, Chinedu blends his experiences in the classroom with an array of other relatable and hilariously random topics.

    Glenetta P is a Mom of four ages 23, 21, 19 and 16.

In between getting married, having four children  and getting divorced, she has served in public, public charter, private Christian and independent schools for over 20 years. From classroom teacher to principal, she still believes in the power of an education especially for those whose choices appear to limited.

She stumbled into comedy through deep grief during the pandemic. Her life’s journey has taught her to  become intentional about seeing the good and humor in all of life’s challenges. She knows that laughter heals because it’s healing her heart each time she hears the laughter as she shares stories from being a daughter, mom, educator, and divorcé.

She never imagined that after completing college at Cal Berkeley, CSUDH and Harvard, she would get so much joy out of bringing laughter to others. And yet, here she is, reinventing herself through her God given gifts and talents.

Todd Marcel Doram is a stand-up comedian, and performer at corporate & private events. After appearing in 3 consecutive TV dating shows over 10yrs ago, Todd began stand-up and has since performed at most major comedy clubs across the country with a home base in Los Angeles. He has opened for Jeremy Piven and shared stages with some of the best comics in the entertainment business. Todd can be seen running his live comedy production company The Laugh Kitchen.

Jamie Bliss started doing stand-up to get back at an ex and fell in love with performing instead. She has performed at fun places like Zanies Chicago, Laugh Factory, Brea Improv, and for the second graders she teaches during the week.
