*** A LATISM'16 Conference Team Member! *** Jennifer Lubrani Cisneros is a bilingual digital marketing and communications professional who has worked in the technical development of digital communication and marketing initiatives for a variety of audiences including Latino audiences. She is currently a senior digital communication specialist with Ketchum. Jennifer has managed web development projects, digital and social campaigns and paid media activities for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention, and National Institutes of Health (NIH) targeting Hispanics. She has led focus groups, product development and media tours for ethnic communities. In addition, her experience includes development of strategic digital communication and marketing initiatives for corporate clients such as MetLife, E*TRADE Financial, BP and others. Jennifer’s experience also includes media outreach. While at the American Red Cross, she was responsible for obtaining press coverage for Red Cross products and services and promoting disaster fundraising efforts among national and local Spanish language media including Univision, Telemundo, La Opinion and El Nuevo Herald. She also served as the national Hispanic spokesperson for the organization. Jennifer has a passionate advocating using the web for social change and working to empower the Latino community. She is currently the DC chapter director for Latinos in Social Media (LATISM), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing the social, civic and economic status of the Latino community. She is also the board president for the OAS’ Art Museum of the Americas.
