Gabby Othon Lothrop is the owner and founder of Gather &, an Orlando, FL company serving the food movement with event production, food systems consulting, and business development. She produces the Audubon Park Community Market, a weekly farmers' market dedicated to connecting the community with local agriculture and food entrepreneurs. She is also currently working with local farmers to develop their businesses, and with area organizations to establish and develop food access programs and other local food projects. Previously, Gabby co-founded and managed East End Market, a neighborhood market and cultural food hub inspired by Central Florida's local farmers and food artisans. She also co-produced the Winter Park and Winter Garden Harvest Festivals, along with a variety of farm events. Gabby also volunteers for Slow Food; an international movement focused on Good, Clean and Fair food for all; serving as the state liaison for Slow Food USA. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in International Relations.
