Register for Learning Days!

Register for Learning Days by following the directions below.  The cost of attending Learning Days is $100 per registration, and payment must be made by credit card.  

• Individual Registration: To register, click on the blue 'Register' button below and provide the requested information. Check your inbox or spam folder for an email with registration payment information. Then proceed to the payment link to submit your payment of $100 per registration.  Your registration is not complete until payment is received.  
• Group Registration: Organizations that wish to register and pay for multiple individuals should request assistance via e-mail at Health.healthcarehomes@state.mn.us and include Group Registration in the subject line.
• Scholarships:  A limited number of scholarships are available.  To request a scholarship, please e-mail your request to Health.healthcarehomes@state.mn.us  and explain your circumstances.  Please include Scholarship in the subject Line. We will respond within a week.
• Sponsorship:  Information on sponsoring Learning Days can be found on the Sponsorship page.
