The Managers & Directors Institute will be held on 

May 16-18, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento.

The HSC Managers & Directors Institute (MDI) delivers high-quality training on critical management and leadership issues facing Head Start & Early Head Start  CURRENT & EMERGING  Leaders.  

MDI is  a great  opportunity to connect with Head Start & Early Head Start leaders in the state and introduce  best practices and new ideas.

When considering your submission, please be prepared to select a track. Workshops should be no less than 60 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes.

Proposals MUST address Leadership and inequities wherever possible and support one of our available tracks.
