    The MGA Standard — Our Commitment to You

    As the leader in the mobile app event industry, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff. 


    We are excited to return to hosting physical events, however, your health and safety is our top priority as we ease back into in- person events.  As such, the MGA Team is working with our venues and vendors to implement and enforce industry best practices to provide everyone attending a comfortable and safe experience.


    As COVID-19 and pertinent health and safety guidelines evolve, these protocols will continue to be adapted and updated.


    If you are ready to mindfully mingle and make new connections, we’ve developed the MGA Standard which everyone planning to attend MGS Games in-person will be asked to follow.


    We understand that the pandemic is evolving, and we will adapt our approach accordingly — but we are committed to keeping you safe. Learn about the measures we will implement at MGS live events to keep attendees safe:

    1. We will abide by state and local guidance on indoor masking, social distancing, and density of participants.

    2. We will require proof of vaccination for all attendees (this includes speakers and sponsors). No exceptions! Vaccine cards will be checked prior to being allowed to enter the event.

    3. Masks and hand sanitizers will be provided to all attendees. Sanitization stations will be accessible throughout the venue as well. Use them often!

    4. Temperature checks will also be available onsite. And you will be asked a few wellness screening questions.

    5. Speaker equipment will be sanitized between sessions.

    6. The space will be set-up to support mindful mingling, and social distancing.

    7. We will minimize contact at check-in.

    8. We will help minimize the need for physical contact by providing QR codes at booths and other relevant locations.

    9. 100% of our staff will be masked.

    10. We will work with venue partners to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.


    With your cooperation, we can continue to help mobile app marketers, publishers, and developers grow professionally, network with industry leaders to make new connections, and keep the community together — safely. 


    If you find yourself in any of the following scenarios within the 14 days before a show, we’ll be happy to transfer your pass to an On-Demand pass, as well as, provide you a credit toward an event in 2022. Rest assured, your investment won't go to waste if:

    • The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel

    • The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to San Francisco, CA

    • The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel

    • There is an unavoidable quarantine upon arrival in San Francisco, CA

    • There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements


    If any of the above is true, then your pass will be transferred to a 2022 event and an On-Demand ticket for MGS GAMES will be provided.  Please contact us at info@mobilegrowthassociation.com.
