About the Event
Join us at the 2026 Somos, Inc. New York Conference, where leaders, advocates, partners, and community members from across the state and nation will gather to collaborate, connect, and set the course for the future of our communities. This year’s conference is especially meaningful as it marks the kickoff of Somos, Inc.’s 40th Anniversary celebration, honoring four decades of leadership, advocacy, and service dedicated to advancing opportunities and addressing the needs of Latino communities and all New Yorkers. Throughout the conference, attendees will engage in dynamic policy discussions, networking opportunities, and collaborative sessions focused on healthcare, education, economic development, and social equity. The gathering serves as a powerful space for partnership-building between community leaders, policymakers, and industry partners committed to creating lasting impact. As we begin celebrating 40 years of Somos, we look forward to welcoming longtime partners and new voices alike to help shape the next chapter of progress. Join us as we honor our legacy and build the future together.

Access to all general conference events, after gala event, expo hall, and workshops.

TICKET NAME CHANGES & TRANSFERS
All ticket name changes and transfers must be processed through the SOMOS, Inc. office. To request a change, please contact us directly at info@somosnewyork.org.
Unauthorized transfers or changes will not be recognized.
CONFERENCE TICKET REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON OR AFTER April 1, 2026.
50% REFUND FROM February 6- February 28, 2026 ($40 processing fee)
25% refund from March 1 - March 31, 2026 ($40 processing fee).
LARGE GROUP TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE

Photography & Recording Notice
Photographs and recordings will take place throughout the conference, including the Gala, Receptions, and Booth Exhibition. By attending, you grant Somos, Inc. permission to use your image and likeness for promotional and related purposes in all media, worldwide, without compensation or further approval.
PAYMENTS & LARGE GROUP ORDERS

Conference tickets may be purchased using a credit or debit card.
Please note: Individual registrations must be paid by card. Checks are accepted only for group registrations and sponsorships.

Large Group Registration (20+ Tickets)
Payment may be made by card, ACH, or check, and must be received before the first day of the conference.
If purchasing 20 or more tickets and attendee names are not yet available, email info@somosnewyork.org with subject line “2026 Somos, Inc NY Large Group Order.” Final attendee names must be submitted by April 1.
Please designate one person to pick up badges for the group to avoid confusion onsite.
