Dress Code

Thursday’s General Sessions are business casual. Afternoon recreation and all receptions are casual attire. Mid-April weather in Palos Verdes typically ranges from about 51°F to 71°F.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations will be arranged by Newmark based upon registration responses, so please do not contact the hotel directly. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from MultifamilyCapitalMarkets@nmrk.com. A hotel registration confirmation code will be sent the week before the event.

Dining

Terranea offers a diverse selection of dining experiences, from fine dining to casual eateries. If you plan to dine offsite, popular options nearby include Catalina Kitchen, Bashi, Nelson's and Mar'sel.

Recreation: Golf

On the afternoon of Thursday, April 16th, Newmark is pleased to offer a round at the resort's onsite course, The Links at Terranea, a scenic 9-hole par-3 executive oceanfront course overlooking the Pacific and Catalina Island. If you would prefer to do 18-holes, please note that there are a few nearby courses where you are welcome to make your own arrangements: Los Verdes Golf Course or Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles.

Travel and Expenses

Newmark is pleased to provide hotel accommodations for guests at Terranea on April 15th and April 16th, as well as meals throughout the duration of the conference (beginning with the Welcome Dinner Wednesday evening and concluding with the Closing Reception on Thursday evening). Airfare, transfers, and additional hotel nights are not included.
