ABSTRACT

A global pixel modelling scheme for serial femtosecond crystallography (SFX) data was described in [1]. Here we present the first preliminary results of that scheme as it’s applied to real experimental data. We show results for cytochrome crystal diffraction measured at SwissFEL, as well as two color diffraction of Ytterbium lysozyme collected at the coherent X-ray imaging hutch (CXI) of LCLS.
