ABSTRACT

Since early 2020, COVID-19 has been affecting the lives of millions. Main focus of
research is drug repurposing, and a common target for drug repurposing studies is
the main protease of SARS-CoV-2 (Mpro). In this study, we have utilized the
powerful tool of X-ray free electron laser (XFEL) to determine the structure of Mpro
at ambient temperature in different space groups.
