    Join us for the 2025 SOMOS Inc. New York Conference, where leaders, advocates, and changemakers will come together under the theme "Justice in Action." This year's conference will focus on advancing equity, fostering community-driven solutions, and empowering the voices of the underserved. Through workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, participants will explore actionable strategies to address pressing issues and create meaningful impact.

    Groups wishing to sit with one another are encouraged to purchase tickets together or purchase a full table.

    You Can Transfer Your Ticket By Following The Steps Below.

    How To Transfer Your Registration from Your Confirmation Email 

    1. Go to your confirmation email 
    2. Under Your Registration Details click on Manage Registration 
    3. A new page will open - Click Edit Details 
    4. Scroll down to the email address area, underneath click Use Transfer Registration 
    5. A form will pop up where you can enter the information for the new person 


    General Registration Ticket Includes:

    Access to all general conference events, after gala event, expo hall, and workshops.

    REGISTER & BOOK EARLY - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE REACH CAPACITY, WE WILL STOP THE SALE OF TICKETS. 


    For Your Protection Due To An Increase In Cyber Attacks & Fraud Please Know That Somos Inc Staff Will Never Contact You About Making Any Direct Deposits To A New Bank Account.     Please be advised that photographs and recordings will be taken throughout the conference including the day of service.  By attending the conference, you hereby grant Somos Inc, on behalf of you and your organization, the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record you in connection with this event and to use the photograph and/or recording for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes, in any manner and all media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of photograph and/or recording and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

    You can purchase your conference ticket using a credit or debit card. 

    Please Be Advised - We are eliminating payments for individual registration via check and purchase orders. We are only accepting checks for group orders and sponsorship. 

    If you MUST send a check for registration payment we must know in advance.

    LARGE GROUPS

    You can pay via Check, Card or ACH - Payment must be received prior to first day of conference.

    If you are looking to purchase 20 or more tickets together for your group and do not know the names of those attending, please email & FIN.ACCOUNTS@SOMOSNEWYORK.ORG

    SUBJECT LINE 'LARGE GROUP ORDER'

    You will need to submit the list of names by March 1, 2025. 

    We ask that you designate one person to pick up for your group to avoid confusion when picking up your conference badges.
