Please submit early as we will actively begin to fill sessions and will be unable to make accommodations after the submission deadline. You can EXPECT AN UPDATE on your submission the third week of August 2025. 

PLEASE complete your submission as best as you can. A MORE COMPLETED & CONFIRMED panel submission is given preference. Optional Additional Materials may be uploaded along with the proposal form (examples: guest biographies, supportive data, relative information).

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AGREEMENT FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE Puerto Rican Hispanic/Task Force Member to serve as your workshop's legislative sponsor. *PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR LEGISLATIVE SPONSOR OF CHOICE IS NOT LISTED IN THE DROPDOWN, INCLUDE THEM IN YOUR "ADDITIONAL NOTES" SECTION.
