    What's next for workplace culture?

Come for the learning. Stay for the fun.

Join your HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits executive peers for an exclusive look at O.C. Tanner’s 2026 Global Culture Report—packed with insights to help you build cultures that inspire, prioritize wellbeing, and deliver results.

Start with an engaging presentation with the O.C. Tanner Institute, enjoy lunch and snacks, and participate in a hands-on workshop. Afterward, you’re welcome to unwind with an optional Topgolf experience.

We understand your schedule is busy—if you’d prefer to join us just for the lunch and learn, that’s perfectly fine. No need to change clothes; this event is designed to be relaxed, informative, and enjoyable.

This is more than an event—it’s a chance to learn, network, and recharge in one afternoon.
