QUALIFICATION:
How many points down I need to qualify?
A. 3,000 is the minimum points needed to qualify for an invitation.
Do I have to have retention points to earn the trip?
A. No. Points can be earned and added up in any category.
Can I earn airfare reimbursement for the trip?
A. Not at this time. Youngevity may run promotions for airfare reimbursement during the contest period.
Can new Distributors qualify for the trip?
A: Yes. Any Distributor in good standing, who earned the minimum points, may qualify for the trip. However, you must have a minimum rank of 1 Star Executive.
When does the contest period end?
A: The contest period runs October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
If I don't earn the trip, can I just pay for it? If so, how much?
A: Not at this time. To attend the trip, it must be earned through qualifying points. There will not be a buy-in option.
Is there a minimum high title rank I need to achieve to qualify for the trip?
A: Yes, you must achieve the rank of 1 Star Executive.
Do any points carry over from the last promotion?
A: No. Points do not carry over from the last TAC promotion to this incentive.
If I cannot make it to the destination will I be compensated another way?
A: No. Compensation will not be given for any missed trip or if the trip is cancelled for any reason. Points also have no cash value.
If I cannot attend the trip is my guest able to attend without me?
A: Unfortunately, when the qualifier is unable to attend their guests are also cancelled.

HOTEL & TRAVEL:
What are the official TAC dates?
A. The Youngevity 2020 TAC dates are Tuesday, March 3 through Saturday, March 7, 2020. You should plan to arrive on Tuesday as Registration will be open in the morning, and depart Cabo on Saturday, March 7.
Will I need a passport to travel to Cabo San Lucas?
A. Yes, anyone that is not a citizen of Mexico will need a valid passport. Please ensure your passport is valid through October 1, 2020. Details on how to obtain a passport for US citizens can be found here.
Is the Hyatt Ziva all-inclusive?
A. Yes, it is! The all-inclusive plan includes the following:

What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We suggest you bring your swimsuit or resort clothes in a carry on so you can start enjoying the resort right away.
What expenses will I incur?
A: Items such as airfare, meals during air travel, telephone calls, faxes, gift purchases, spa, upgrades, taxis, laundry, optional activities and any other items not specifically mentioned as included are your responsibility.
I can no longer attend the trip. What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
A: You may cancel your trip subject to the following terms:
Cancel any time before December 1, 2019: No fee
Cancel after December 1, 2019: $500
The cancellation fee applies regardless if you have earned the room for free. If a replacement uses your reserved spot(s), you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If we cannot find a replacement for your spot, you will be charged according to the preceding schedule even if you earned free rooms. The person who replaces your spot must have qualified for the TAC Trip and is subject to final approval by Youngevity International. By reserving your spot, you agree to be charged any cancellation fees.
What airport should I fly into?
A: You will fly into the Cabo San Lucas Airport (SJD). The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport.
Will ground transportation be provided between the airport and the hotel?
A: Transportation will be provided from the Cabo San Lucas Airport (SJD) as follows:
Tuesday, March 3: All day
Saturday, March 7: All day
Please be sure to email your flight information to events@youngevity.comso we can ensure transportation is set up for you.
If we do not receive your flight information by Monday, February 3, 2020 we can’t guarantee transportation.
I would like to extend my stay and/or add more than one (1) hotel room. How do I do that?
A: If you'd like to extend your stay or add additional rooms, please contact events@youngevity.comwith your request. Do not call the resort or book thru the resort's website. We will handle your booking reservation but you will pay the hotel directly for your extra room(s) at check-in. All rooms are subject to availability.
What is the maximum number of guests I can have in my hotel room?
A: Your guest room has a maximum capacity of (2) adults and (2) children under the age of 12 OR (3) adults and (1) child under the age of 12. Please note that should you have more than (2) people in your room you will be responsible for the additional person charges.
Does the resort have wifi?
A: Yes, wifi is included in your room rate.
