"Don Crow came to Wray High School in 1967 to teach English and Journalism. In 1975, he became the Wray High School Counselor where he stayed until his retirement in 2002. After Don started his own Counseling and Consulting business, he was hired back part time by Wray and Yuma Districts to do their Federal Consolidated Grants, and he became a part time District Assessment Coordinator for the Wray School District until 2011. For two years during this time, he was also interim Principal at Wray Elementary School. Don earned a BA in English from University of Northern Colorado (then Colorado State College) and an MA in School Counseling from Adams State University (then Adams State College) He is currently managing the Counselor Corps grant for NE BOCES and the NE Colorado Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness Partnership grant from El Pomar (NECO PWR Partnership) which serves 37 school districts in NE Colorado. Don has been married to Susan for 46 years. They have four Children – Christi, Pam, Becky, and Tim - and eight grandchildren."
