"Chloe Wiebe is the Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment, Southwest Workforce Assistant Director. Chloe has worked in the employment and training field for over 30 years and brings a wealth of “real life” experience to her position. She oversees the operation of the Cortez and Durango Workforce Centers including supervising workforce center staff. Chloe is well known for her extremely positive attitude and smiling face. She loves working with community partners, workforce center staff, and businesses. Chloe is a long time resident of Bayfield Colorado. Her local knowledge of southwest Colorado and the employment and training field, makes Chloe a valuable resource. She takes great pride in working with organizations and businesses to strengthen local communities and Colorado Workforce Centers. "
