- Quest provides a custom branded high-top 4-foot-wide table (with your logo and tagline printed on it), 2 chairs, power, and Wi-Fi, all located in the customer meet and greet area outside the keynote rooms (this is where people come for breaks and is the location of the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception).
- You will have the ability to scan attendee badges (the TEC staff will email the scanned badge list to you immediately after the event)
- Payment of the sponsorship fee within 15 days of signing this contract.
- Two individuals to support your booth. Because the TEC audience is technical, your booth staff should be capable of engaging with TEC attendees at a technical level covering topics such as identity security, hybrid AD, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and more.
- Coverage of all conference related travel, hotel and other travel expenses for your staff.
- Additionally, you may request and pay for the rental of a 55-inch standing monitor for your booth from the A/V company onsite. Contact and rental information will be sent around 2 months prior to the show.
