- Consists of Member Representatives to serve as an administrative body over the affairs of the Users’ Group
- Plan, manage and facilitate the Users' Group meetings
- Maintain an active communication dialogue with Syniverse and provide a formal communication channel between Syniverse and Users' Group members
- Promote Users’ Group participation with other customers
- Facilitate the exchange of information among member operators
- Represent the declared position of the Users’ Group in all matters relating to Syniverse priorities, problems, issues, services and operations
- Coordinate, lead and support the activities of subcommittees, Product Working Groups (PWG) that may be formed to address specific products, regions and areas of interest
