About the Event
Are you ready to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace and school environment? Join us for our 1-day seminar, Unconscious Bias - Impact on Ourselves and the System. In this seminar, you will gain knowledge and skills to recognize, challenge, and mitigate unconscious bias. You will also learn what bias is, what it is not, and how it relates to consciousness. Most importantly, you will reflect on how our collective biases influence our processes, practices, and decisions that impact our workplace and our schools…and what we can do about that!
