We have reserved a preferred rate at the Hyatt Regency for our Wings of Change guests. The conference will take place inside the hotel and our event guests will also enjoy restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions within walking distance of the hotel.

Every attendee is responsible for booking its own guest room reservation and paying for their own expenses. The attendees are responsible for making, modifying, or cancelling their own reservation.

To benefit from negotiated rates the attendees will receive the link for booking purposes together with confirmation of  registration to the IATA Wings of Change Americas -2023.

The following Guest Room Rates will be offered to the attendees: 

Standard King               222.00 USD

Park View King              242.00 USD 

Club King/Twin              287.00 USD 

Daily Breakfast buffet included for 1 person at Rulfo Restaurant.

Room rates are in USD, per night, per room, quoted exclusive of local taxes (which are currently 3.5% occupancy tax and 16% VAT) and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event. 

The offered room rates will be valid 3 days prior, during, and 3 days after the Official Event Dates of June 26th through June 29th 2023, and are subject to availability.

Reservations must be made on or before the June 12th, 2023. 

Reservations may be modified or canceled by Event attendees on-line, or by calling either 01 800 908 88 00 toll free or 5283-8787. Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner. 

Reservation requests received after June 12th, 2023 will be based on availability at Hotel's prevailing rates.
