What do the different ticket prices mean?
There are two ticket types: Individual in-person and Team In-person. You can get significant per-person savings by purchasing team tickets.
Are early bird discounts available?
Early bird pricing is available for all our events, and is based on how many tickets have sold (vs date) so buy your tickets as soon as possible.
Are there VIP tickets with perks available?
The event offers one type of in-person ticket, all attendees have the same experience (and it's awesome).
Is there preferred accommodation I can book?
Yes, click the hotel tab above for the official conference hotel.
How secure are my credit card details?
All credit card transactions go through Authorize.net a Visa company. Authorize.Net is a world-known and trusted payment provider.
If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?
When you purchased your ticket, you should have received an email with your ticket (check your spam filter). You can log into this website to retrieve your ticket or feel free to call us at 610-325-4830.

Can I register and buy a ticket for the event?
Absolutely! You can register right up until the end of the event.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
Conferences Connect does not offer refunds for purchased tickets. We do offer the ability to apply your purchase as a credit toward any future event or transfer the ticket to someone else.
If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
In 20-plus years of hosting events, we have not canceled an event. There have been a few times when we have had to postpone events, your ticket will be honored on the new dates or you can transfer it to a future event (or to another person).

Is there a dress code for the event?
The dress code is business casual.

At the Event
What is included when I attend in person?
Your ticket allows access to the two-day conference and includes breakfast and lunch on both days and a networking happy hour on the first day. Your ticket also includes access to all recordings, presentations, and a full contact list.
I purchased a virtual ticket, what do I do next?
1-2 days before the event begins we will send you the link to join us virtually. Please turn on your camera.
What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Please check the "Hotel" tab for information about parking.
I booked at the preferred hotel. Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event?
You are responsible for transportation to the hotel, all event-related activities will take place at the official conference hotel.
Where do I go to check in?
Check-in will be at the location where the conference is being held.
Can I buy a ticket on-site?
Yes (if not sold out).
Where is the keynote/my next session/the exhibition hall located?
All sessions will take place in one location.
If I lose my ticket, where can I get a replacement?
No worries! Bring your ID and we will take care of you.
How do I download the event app?
There is a button for the event app on the homepage.
Are there breakout sessions? Where can I find information about them? There are no breakout sessions. We host everything in one room.
