Dipika has 6 years of experience in working with SMEs, investors, and corporates in designing and scaling market-based models focused on addressing social challenges. At Intellecap, she is currently seeding a new initiative - Intellecap Innovation Labs which is focused on scaling high-impact technology innovations in emerging and frontier markets. Dipika is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and is Vice-Curator of the Global Shapers Community in Hyderabad. In the past, her work has focused on themes such as social entrepreneurship, impact investing, social innovation, and last-mile markets. She has managed client engagements with development finance institutions, multilaterals, and large multi-national corporations including International Finance Corporation, World Bank, UKaid, GIZ, Shell Foundation, Unilever, and RB (formerly Reckitt Benckiser) across South Asia and East Africa. She has published several papers on topics including South-South replication across South Asia and Africa, approaches to thriving in last-mile markets, and investment opportunities in frontier markets like Nepal. She also helped build and scale StartupWave - India's first and largest virtual incubation platform. Dipika earned her bachelor's degree in engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University where she majored in biotechnology.
