DATE AND TIME 

July 13-14, 2021. The official broadcast will be Eastern Time (ET) starting at 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM, both days. 

DOES THIS EVENT SELL OUT, OR HAVE A LIMIT IN SIZE?

Virtual tickets are unlimited across both days. Onsite tickets are not currently available and will be limited. 

ONSITE CHECK IN 

CrowdPass is our on-site healthcare clearance platform for those in attendance at the event. Individuals will be required to sign a waiver stating they have not been exposed to anyone nor experience any symptoms in the last 14 days associated with COVID-19. You will be sent this waiver in advance of the live event, and link directly available here.

Please have your ticket number (in your confirmation email) ready or download the Bizzabo app to scan your QR code on arrival at the Bizzabo contactless kiosks. 

Check in will open at 11:30am (July 13) with food and beverages provided onsite.

HOW DO I JOIN A SESSION (VIRTUALLY)?

On the agenda page, select a session and click the "Broadcast" button under the session-title.

You can now use our new Single Sign-On feature to ‘Log in’ with the email address used to register your ticket. 

WILL EVENT SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

Yes, all content will be available for on-demand viewing. An email will go out with the link to the complete broadcast recording 48 hours after the event is over.

CAN I PICK BREAKOUT SESSIONS TO ATTEND?

Yes you should choose any session you wish to attend in advance. These will be displayed under “My Registered Sessions”.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS (TRACKS 1-6): HOW TO RESERVE A SEAT  IN “NETWORKING HUBS” OR “INTERACTIVE CASE STUDIES” 

Where you see more than one concurrent session, you will be prompted to reserve a seat. Space is limited for breakout sessions, so please reserve your seat for sessions you plan to attend in advance of the event. Once selected, these will be displayed under My Registered Sessions.

On the agenda, click the seat icon on the left hand side of the session you plan to attend. 

WAITLIST

There are a limited number of seats in breakout sessions. If you don’t get into the breakout of your choice, please click the seat icon of another alternative session going on at that time. 

HOW TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING A SESSION

1. All sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under “Q&A” within the session which will be approved by the moderator. We will not display any unethical questions or statements.

2. If you are in a (limited capacity) breakout session, you will have the chance to turn on your microphone and camera and engage with those leading the session onsite, or virtually. 

COMMUNITY: HOW TO NETWORK WITH ALL ATTENDEES

Click "Community" in the navigation bar. Here you can search attendees by name, company, or job title in the profile. You can star attendees you wish to save, or see who has viewed your profile. You can also directly message other attendees by selecting the "Send Message" button. We recommend using the Community on your mobile app or open on a separate browser/screen.

• Clear event website Cache and Cookies if you experience an issue 

• Use the email address used to register 

• Have access to a webcam or device camera
