Nadya Huang is a new business development manager with Henkel Adhesive Technologies. She pursues customer engagement opportunities in Smart Packaging and is building the ecosystem with different partners. She aims to empower brands in two ways: 1) by helping them to understand how best to engage consumers through digital product interaction and 2) to help brands find the right building blocks for a seamless solution in digital consumer interaction technologies. Nadya’s background is in marketing, communications, and innovation management. She has a double M.Sc in International & Business Management from CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education and the National University of Singapore (NUS). She also has a B.Sc in Communications and New Media from NUS. Prior to her position in new business development, Nadya was the executive assistant for the Global Head of Innovation and New Business in Henkel Adhesive Technologies and dealt largely with innovation strategy implementation.
