BEGINNER WORKSHOP (PRO I)
The Beginner (Pro I) Workshop is for attendees who have little to zero experience in automation. This workshop will introduce you to automation and guide you through creating your first recipe on Workato. By the end of the workshop, you will be prepared to take on the Automation Pro I certification exam.
• Managing different versions of your automation
• Setting up conditions that trigger your automation
• Tracking and analyzing usage data in your account
• Adjusting your automation’s settings
• Mapping data for any step in your workflow
• Using formula mode
INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP OPTION 1(PRO II)
The Intermediate (Pro II) Workshop is designed for attendees who have taken the Beginner Workshop or who are current Workato users who have some experience using the Workato platform. This workshop will also prepare you to pass the Automation Pro II certification exam.

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP OPTION 2 (Marketing Process Automation)
This intermediate course is designed specifically for folks in marketing or operations roles. You will learn how automation for marketing teams has changed and how you can take advantage of new automation technology to reduce costs, increase your conversions, and create connected customer journeys from end-to-end. You'll walk away knowing how to:
• Identify 3 steps for getting started with enterprise automation
• Create virtual event automations
• When and where to apply enterprise automation to marketing processes
