About this workshop

Following the success of our workshops in San Francisco and New York, AWS and Segment are bringing this workshop to London.  Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning experts from a wide array of industries such as Retail,  eCommerce, Fin-tech, and more, will gain hands-on experience to bring the next big wave in machine learning and personalisation to their teams.

Join us for a full-day workshop alongside AWS to gain practical hands-on experience implementing real-time personalisation and recommendations - even without a team of data scientists. By the end of the day, you will leave having implemented Amazon’s proprietary search and recommendation algorithms alongside Segment’s event data.

In this workshop you will: 

• Dig into hands-on exercises that demonstrate how to collect and analyze data from multiple customer touch-points such as web, mobile and in-store PoS
• Train and validate a machine learning model using Amazon Personalize
• Harness the power of personalization by deploying the Personalize model and by using it alongside Segment Personas to make product and search result recommendations to customers
