The Creative Enterprise Programme (CEP) is a programme developed by Nesta (a global innovation foundation), delivered in partnership with British Council. The three-day workshop program will bring the Nesta’s Creative Enterprise Toolkit to life, which is specifically designed for creative entrepreneurs. Alongside local market specialists, facilitators will lead the workshop and provide face-to-face support to help participants explore business ideas, develop a compelling business plan and create a business model that reflects participants’ hopes and motivations. This programme is aimed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

Day 1: You and Your Idea
