Tanner Institute, Gary’s insights are sought after by multiple Fortune 100 companies, and he has spoken to tens of thousands of business leaders at events throughout his career.
In addition to coauthoring Appreciate: Celebrating People, Inspiring Greatness, Gary frequently features on inc.com, entreprenuer.com, and Forbes. Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, Gary held leadership positions at Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, and Franklin-Covey. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a BS in marketing from Brigham Young University.
