Ariane Hibo Ezeh
With global experience spanning four continents, Ariane brings a rare combination of cultural intelligence and business acumen to her work as a speaker for the O.C. Tanner Institute. As a strategist, she leverages cross-cultural insights to drive exponential business growth and foster ongoing partnerships, enhancing organizational performance for companies such as Google, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Expo City, and Apple.
Fluent in multiple languages, she received a graduate degree from the University of Turin and an undergraduate degree from the University of L’Aquila. She currently serves on the executive board of the African Chamber of Commerce of Utah.
Jenni Lee
Jenni Lee is a strategic benefits leader with 20 years of human resources experience leading key growth initiatives and specializing in large, multi-site US and Global benefits. Jenni is known as an industry expert in delivering innovative, cost-effective strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. She has a passion for people and strives to build highly engaged and motivated teams. Jenni completed her Master of Science in Administration: Human Resource Administration at Central Michigan University – Grand Rapids, MI. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and has her Certificate in Global Benefits Management.
Doni Lenhart
Doni Lenhart is a culture-driven Human Resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. She currently oversees Amway’s global employee recognition strategy as well as key U.S.-based programs, including 401(k), HSA, and FSA plan administration. Known for her thoughtful, people-first approach, Doni is passionate about cultivating inclusive, engaging workplace cultures that empower employees to thrive. Doni holds a B.S. in Biology from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI, and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Her unique blend of analytical rigor and human-centric leadership continues to drive meaningful impact across Amway HR.
