How do I log-in to the event?

You must be logged into the event to watch and participate in sessions. Please try to log-in 10 minutes before the session starts to ensure you can log-in successfully. There are three options to log-in: 

1. Log-in via the ‘log-in’ button within your Know Before You Go Email. 

2. Log-in via registered email. Click the log-in button on the top right of the screen. Log-in via the email you registered with. This will send a verification email to your email account. Next, click your unique link within your email and it’ll take you directly back to the site and you’ll be logged in.

3.  Log-in via the email address you registered with and your ticket number. Ticket number can be found in your email confirmation and also be re-sent if you click on the link at the bottom of each website page 'looking for your ticket'. 

How do I join a session?

1. On the agenda page, select a session and click on the 'Broadcast' button under the session title. Broadcast will become available two minutes prior to the session start time.

2. When you click the 'Broadcast button, you may be prompted to login, if you have not done so already. 

How do I move between sessions?

When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different session, click the “Back” button to return to the Agenda. You can also click on the Agenda tab to select your next session. You can then enter any other in progress session by clicking the “Broadcast” button for that session on the agenda.

How can I ask a question during a session?

There will be live Q & A available during each session.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings on-demand for 30 days following the event.
