Thank you for attending the 2020 EmERGe Leadership Summit! It was an incredible two days of sharing, learning, action-planning and networking with D&I champions from all industry sectors and ERGs/BRGs. We hope you were inspired to EmERGe and Evolve as a result of your experience.
For your support and participation in the summit, we would like to provide you with the resources from the event, along with the access link to the recordings from both days.
About The Event
Racism and social injustices have taken center stage in today’s global marketplace. Organizations have taken a deeper view into their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, looking for impactful ways to accelerate change and drive meaningful progress. It is becoming more and more evident that Employee Resource Groups are increasingly playing a vital role in supporting leadership to identify issues and affect much-needed systemic changes.
The EmERGe Leadership Summits are one of the ONLY conferences focused on developing your ERG leaders and members. We bring together ERG/BRGs from all industry sectors, across the country, to identify and share best practices for tackling the most current DE&I issues. As we move to a new way of working in a fast-changing, virtual workplace, while managing the current, and sometimes divisive, challenges of our environment, ERGs can become a critical resource to help organizations thrive.
Through a mix of strategy and solutions-focused case studies, action-oriented workshops and interactive hot topic sessions, we will explore how ERGs can continue to be agile so that they’re ready for disruption when it happens.
