Archana Agrawal is the Head of Data Science and Growth Marketing at Atlassian. She is responsible for online marketing and marketing analytics across the entire portfolio of products and web properties within Atlassian. This includes blending online marketing, website optimization, predictive analytics, and product activity data to acquire users and drive rapid growth of engaged users. Previously, she was at TheLadders, where she spearheaded the centralized analytics function, including product utilization, marketing analytics, and financial planning and analysis. Before joining TheLadders, Archana served as Advisory Software Engineer at the IBM Almaden Research Center, where she was part of the core research team launching IBM’s storage virtualization products. Archana holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MS in Computer Science from University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.
