Hire Teachers Career Fair
Over the past few years, the education industry has been increasingly challenged by many factors including teacher shortages, making it very difficult for teacher recruitment. As an event company specializing in Career Fairs, Hire Talent's new focus will be to help schools recruit a diverse pool of highly qualified teaching candidates.
We are pleased to present Hire Teachers Virtual Career Fair - an online job fair to connect employers/institutions/schools with teachers/educators.
Many of our 500+ University partners will be reaching out to their graduating seniors and alumni with degrees and experience in education and inviting them to attend if they are looking for new career opportunities.
Through our proprietary and easy to use platform, HireSessions, Hire Talent offers a unique method of virtually connecting candidates and employers to save time, maintain social distancing standards, and eliminate the burdens associated with travel costs.
Employer Group Info Sessions will be hosted on
Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 8:00am to 6:00pm ET.
The Employer Group Info Sessions are webinars hosted by employers to reach many candidates at once.
Each employer has the option of hosting a 30-minute Employer Group Info Session to introduce their organizations to all attendees and to respond to questions.
The 1:1 Private Interviews will take place on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 9:00am to 6:00pm ET.
Employers set up their schedule for the day and select the duration of their interviews.
This creates time slots for candidates to select their scheduled interviews.
Employers manage their interviews, review each candidate’s profile and take notes on their dashboard.
Organization's welcome includes:
Public Schools, Private Schools, Charter Schools, Colleges, Academies, Trade Schools, Vocational Schools, Universities, International schools, and any other organizations looking for teachers and educators.

Hire Talent will be supplementing the candidates pool from their own database and from relevant job boards.
Virtual career fair features include:
- Video, audio, and chat communication with candidates
- Employer Group Info Sessions with up to 500 participants
- 1:1 Interviews scheduled in advance
- Sharing organization values and documentation with candidates before the event
