Tom is founder of the insight and strategy consultancy Feeling Mutual. He helps brands build more reciprocal relationships with people through collaboration and empathy. Clients include UEFA, Sony, 4Music and Dow Jones. After studying psychology, Tom began his career in advertising in 2000, as a graduate trainee at Lowe Lintas. He went on to become a qualitative researcher and director of innovation at Hall and Partners. Tom has spoken at various MRS conferences and The Guardian Advertising Summit. He won a silver Admap prize for his vision on the future of insight and planning in 2012 and has also written for the FT.
