Malaika Fazal is a graduate of the Research Analyst postgraduate program of Humber College, Canada, which focuses on both market and social research. In the program, she conducted a research project on ‘Engaging Millennials in Cause-Related Marketing’. Her most recent work experience includes being a Research Analyst for the Ontario Ministry of Education, where she works for the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation team in the Student Achievement Division. Malaika’s background is in Environmental Studies, and she is pursuing a Corporate Communications Certificate at Humber College. She is interested in leveraging the fields of communications, project evaluation, and sustainability to conduct research that provides powerful and actionable insights. Having lived in three different countries, Malaika loves learning about culture, and recently backpacked for three months in Southeast Asia. She is usually found reading a book, volunteering, or watching a film in her spare time.
