Jessica has been Head of Research at O2 since her promotion in June ’14. Leading a team of 20+ insight professionals to deliver world-class insight that drives business decisions for O2. Her 20 years in Telecoms have been a fascinating time; the industry has transformed peoples’ lives; from fixed line through mobile and broadband to content, wearables, IoT and AI. Previously in pricing and strategy roles she fell in love with world of customer insight in 2001. She’s driven by understanding ‘what makes people tick’ and delivering commercial benefit by putting customer needs at the heart of the business. Jessica was a co-winner of the Esomar Qualitative Excellence award 2012 and is a regular presenter at research industry conferences.
