Suann leverages over 15 years of experience working for and with brands in healthcare, CPG, dining, hospitality, and retail to bring innovative research approaches from one vertical to another. Inquisitive from birth and passionate by nature, she has a talent for bringing matrix teams together to drive change with insights. She currently partners with agencies and clients alike to strategically solve business issues with research solutions ranging from online focus groups and in-person deep dives to online survey design. As M/A/R/C’s former Director of Strategy, Suann developed new client connections, identified strategic opportunities, and delivered bespoke multi-agency solutions. Prior to joining M/A/R/C, Suann managed multi-country client-facing research teams and provided global compliance and regulatory oversight at SERMO. At Genactis, she helped pharma identify better doctor/patient messaging and gain early marketplace traction. Her current joys include Jack & Annie, weekends at the motorcycle racetrack, and meeting researchers to share a pint.
