With the return to a live event in 2021, the Insights Marketing Day team and all affiliates are dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping you safe during any ongoing pandemic conditions in the U.S. Please see all the measures below that we will be following to ensure everyone’s safety regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

If you’re still not comfortable attending IMD in-person this year, you can also purchase a Virtual Conference Pass and watch the recordings after the event on-demand.

If You Are Sick

If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event then you need to stay home. If you purchased an In-Person Conference pass, but cannot make it, your ticket will be transferred to a Virtual Pass. Potential COVID-19 symptoms include:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

Masks

Insights Marketing Day will be adhering to local mask mandates and guidelines. All attendees will receive an email 1 week prior to the event with expectations and guidelines. To see the most up to date information you can visit chicago.gov.

Local Venue

We are working with the venue that will be hosting our event and are confident that they are doing everything they can as recommended by their local health agencies and required by their management.

Vaccinations

While we strongly encourage our guests to be vaccinated, we are not requiring proof of vaccination at this time.

Food and Beverage

We will be working with the venue to revise how food and beverage services will be provided to minimize exposure/risk. 

Seating and Spacing

Seating will be spaced with the recommended distance between attendees as determined by the venue and its local government. We may limit the number of passes sold at each event, as necessary, to meet such requirements.

Hand Cleaning

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. By this point, everyone should know that hand washing is important in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19.
