Venue: Expo Tel Aviv
The Summit is held in Expo Tel Aviv (previously known as Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center / "Ganey Hata'arucha")
It is Israel's top venue for exhibitions and conventions. Fun fact: It is also the venue for the Eurovision 2019!
The exact address is (map here):
Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center
101 Sderot Rokach, Tel Aviv, Israel
Venue's website: http://eng.fairs.co.il/
Where exactly inside Expo Tel Aviv?
The Summit's exhibition is held in Pavilion 10, one of the newest buildings in Expo Tel Aviv, with over 1000sqm of exhibition space! The venue was selected due to the Summit growth in the last couple of years.
The trade fairs are quite big, so when you get there follow signs to Pavilion 10 (It is very close to the main gate).
Travel
Getting There
By Car - The venue is right next to the Ayalon Freeway, take exit "Rokach" and follow signs to the Trade Fairs / Exhibition Center
Parking - There is a big (paid) parking lot inside the venue. Parking cost is 29 NIS for the entire day (~$7)
By Train - There is a train station right beside the venue. The station name is "Tel Aviv University", from there it's ~5 minutes walk.
International Travel
Israel has only one international airport - its airport code is TLV, and its name is Ben Gurion Airport.
There are direct flights from most of Europe as well as from the US, Canada, Russia, India, China & S.Korea.
Recommended dates - We recommend that you arrive on Monday, June.13 so you can enjoy the pre-Summit MobileMonday gathering which includes a badge pickup. As for departure - we will have this year a big satellite event on June.15 as well, so we do recommend that you stay at least until Wednesday, June.15.
Visa - Citizens of the EU, US, Canada, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, S.Korea and most of South American countries do not require a Visa to enter Israel (See detailed list here). If you do require a Visa, the Summit management can issue an invite letter that will make the process easier - contact us.
Hotels
We recommend staying in central Tel Aviv and not near the venue (as the venue area has no restaurants/nightlife)
Anything near the beach in Tel Aviv or near Rothschild street should be fine.
And if you prefer to have a direct train connection, you can also stay near the Azrieli Towers, from which there's a direct train to the venue.
Transportation
The airport is located about 20km from Tel Aviv city center, and 25km from the Summit's venue. Drive time to either location is around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
The airport operates a taxi service with flat fares to Tel Aviv (Around 150-170 NIS).
There is also a train to Tel Aviv city center and to the Tel Aviv University station directly from the airport.
