Series Overview
This limited-capacity EdPro leadership series with Camille Batiste focuses on helping procurement professionals strengthen their leadership foundation, elevate how they show up as leaders, and clearly articulate the value they create for their institutions. Through three distinct formats—Power Hour, Fireside Chat, and Ask the Expert—participants will gain practical, experience-driven insights they can apply immediately.
Seats are limited to 50 E&I members to encourage meaningful interaction and discussion.

Meet the Speaker: Camille Batiste
Camille Batiste is an accomplished senior leader in supply chain and procurement with a distinguished career driving transformation across global organizations. She is President of the Blackman Grant Group and formerly served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Procurement at Archer Daniels Midland. Camille has led enterprise transformation, sustainability initiatives, and high-performing procurement teams, and her leadership has been widely recognized across industry and government.
Session Information
This is a 3-part series. Participants will register one-time to participate across all three events. Events will begin at 1:00 pm EST on May 6, June 3, and July 15. At the end of the series, those who complete all three events will receive a certificate of completion.
Phase I – Leading Yourself
Date: May 6, 2026

Format: 60-minute EdPro Power Hour
This session focuses on self-discipline as the foundation of leadership. Participants will assess where they are today, clarify where they want to go, and begin building a practical plan to execute with excellence and efficiency.
Phase II – Becoming a Leader
Date: June 3, 2026
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 PM (EST)
Format: Fireside Chat
In this interactive fireside chat, participants will explore how leadership presence, empathy, and communication shape how others experience them. The session emphasizes showing up with confidence, listening first, and communicating in ways that build trust and credibility.
Phase III – Value Generation
Date: July 15, 2026
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 PM (EST)
Format: Ask the Expert
This Ask the Expert session centers on value generation. Participants will learn how to prioritize high-impact initiatives, document their contributions in business language, and connect compensation and recognition to the value they create for their institutions.
