Meet the Speaker: Marc Koehler
Marc Koehler is a former U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer and turnaround CEO with more than 35 years of experience in elite leadership. Through his firm, Lead With Purpose, Marc has developed over 51,000 leaders using practical, battle-tested leadership systems.
Session Information
This is a 3-part series. Participants will register one-time to participate across all three events. Events will begin at 1:00 pm EST on March 4, April 8, and May 20. At the end of the series, those who complete all three events will receive a certificate of completion.

Session 3 – Define Your Bravo Zulu & Steady As She Goes
Date: May 20, 2026
Learn how to define success, reinforce standards through meaningful recognition, and establish communication rhythms that sustain high performance through change.
