We hope you found tremendous value and inspiration in the messages, and actionable strategies to help catapult your careers in the face of uncertainty. For your support and participation, and to aid in your continued advancement, we wanted to provide you with the resources from the event, along with the access link to the recordings from both days.

    About The Conference

    Engage to Elevate

Before the global pandemic hit, multicultural women were leaving - or planning to leave - corporate America in record numbers, citing bias and lack of support as main culprits. According to the Working Mother Research Institute’s “On the Verge” study, 50% of these women were considering leaving their companies within a year. On top of the bias and lack of support, it’s known that multicultural women are also disproportionately impacted socio-economically, and struggle with building strategic relationship capital that would ultimately catapult their careers. Now, as we navigate our new virtual reality, multicultural women are faced with even greater challenges than before.

Having the tools needed to lead effectively in these trying times is ever-more critical, and as we navigate our new virtual reality, multicultural women are faced with even greater challenges than before. Our studies show that women of color bring higher levels of education, ambition, and diverse ideas to the workplace, so how can we ensure they stay engaged and connected? How can multicultural women stay steadfast in their leadership journeys and continue to build networks and new skills in unsteady circumstances? It’s now more important than ever to build up cultural leadership competencies that are truly inclusive, and for organizations to provide tools that will re-skill and re-energize women for the challenges ahead. It’s all about getting and staying engaged in these forward-thinking, inclusion conversations, and elevating our practices to be innovative and excel in our current times.
