Bank of Ireland is delighted to invite you to our Mortgage Information Evening on the 26th of June 2019 in our newly refurbished Wilton branch. Our Mortgage specialists will be joined by industry experts to present customers with a detailed description on the Mortgage process from the Banks, Solicitors, Auctioneers and Developers view point. We will cover a number of areas such as , what a bank will look for when approving a mortgage, what is possible to borrow under the Central Bank rules and how to get mortgage ready. Our legal experts will give advice on what legal issues to look out for, and where the solicitor is needed in the mortgage process. Our Auctioneers will look at the current market and where they believe it is headed, and finally our Developer will introduce you to some new developments on the horizon.
