Partnering with local public school systems, MCESC offers tailored services for students needing support for emotional disturbances, multiple disabilities, and hearing impairments. One unique program is the preschool for children with hearing impairments who have the potential to develop verbal communication skills.
Students are placed in these programs through their local school districts, which cover the costs of participation. To qualify, a student must undergo a multi-factored evaluation that determines eligibility for special education services.
