covid-19 policy
The Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees and employees. In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment we continue to evaluate and adjust our policies in accordance with CDC, state, and local guidance.
We ask that guests use their best judgment regarding COVID-19 precautions and event attendance.
VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19
HGF has ended the requirement for proof of vaccination and booster. Though not required, vaccination is strongly encouraged.
MASKS
If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days, please wear a well-fitting mask throughout the event. Otherwise, masking at our events is optional.
CDC defines “close contact” with someone who has COVID-19 as being within 6 feet of that person (with or without a mask) for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period. (For example, three individual 5-minute exposures for a total of 15 minutes).
We are happy to provide guests with disposable masks upon your arrival. Hand sanitizer is readily available.
TESTING
Please test for COVID-19 before you leave for the conference and do not attend the conference if you test positive.
POLICY UPDATES
The Harold Grinspoon Foundation will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and will adjust our policies accordingly. Current policies will be posted on this website.
