Women in Procurement: Creating Value Through Negotiation

Victoria Earl, PVH Corp & Erin Sullivan, &FLUENCE
    September 16, 2026 @ 1pm EST

    Session Overview

This interactive power-hour session focuses on strengthening negotiation capability in procurement by combining practical tools with real- world experiences. We will explore common challenges: from internal alignment and confidence to being recognized for the value you can create in how you approach negotiations.

We will walk through a basic negotiation lifestyle to provide insights on preparation, managing difficult dynamics, and ensuring effective follow-through in procurement-based contexts. This session will also highlight the role of visibility and support networks to help women negotiate not only better deals, but also for their own impact and career growth.

    What Participants Will Learn

    1. Explore how to negotiate for yourself and the value you create, not just the deal in front of you.

    2. Gain practical tools or insights for handling real negotiation moments,
from difficult counterparts to situations where plans change unexpectedly.

    3. Reflect on the importance of relationships and support systems: including the role of mentors, supporters, and reputation in long-term success.
