How do I access the event?
The Venue (event interface), which will launch when the “virtual doors” open at 12:55 p.m. ET on June 28th, is where you’ll join.
You can use our Single Sign-On feature to “log in” with the business email address used to register your virtual ticket.
There will also be a link to join The Venue LIVE in your confirmation and reminder emails.
What kind of software will be required to view the broadcast?
The Venue (event interface) will be web-based, so all you will need is a device (e.g., Computer, mobile phone) and an internet connection. Click here for the requirements for supported operating systems, browsers and more!
Does it matter what device I use for viewing?
No. As long as the device meets the minimum requirements to run The Venue (event interface). We recommend a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for the best experience.
Will closed captioning be available in the broadcast?
No, closed captioning will not be available at this time.
What languages will be supported?
The broadcast will be held in English.
Will content be recorded and available after the broadcast?
Yes, this webinar will be available for on-demand viewing for the general public until September 14, 2022. An email will go out the day after the event with the link to access the recording, so you can view the recorded content at your own pace, from anywhere.
How do I ask a question during the webinar?
To ask your questions, please post them under the chat channel labeled “Ask the Speaker” which will be approved by the moderator. Your questions addressed in the Q&A section in your chat will be visible to the moderator and speaker(s) only.

Troubleshooting speaker issues via mobile device (iOS | Android)
Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker. Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on in Bizzabo, your device's volume might be set to mute or vibrate only.
