We recruit and train outstanding leaders who make an initial 2-year commitment to teach in our highest-need communities on Oʻahu and the island of Hawaiʻi. Our program supports their journey to become locally rooted leaders who strengthen student outcomes.
We continue to cultivate their long-term leadership to advance educational opportunities for Hawaiʻi’s keiki. Today, there are more than 500 alumni in Hawaiʻi, including:
Mahalo for your belief and investment in our work. Your support fuels the success of our teachers and their students and ensures a bright tomorrow for our island home.
As we celebrate 20 years, we are guided by the ʻōlelo noʻeau:
Hahai no ka ua i ka ululāʻau. | The rain follows the forest
Reminding us that when we plant intentionally and invest in what matters abundance follows.
