Conference Accommodations
All attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own overnight accommodations including any incidental charges or other fees incurred during your stay, and transportation to/from the conference location. Ithaca offers a variety of housing and hotel options. Below is a list of the accommodations where a special conference rate has been secured for attendees. There are limited rooms available at each location.
On-Campus Housing Accommodations
Campus housing is available on Cornell’s North Campus in the Townhouse community. These are apartment style residence halls utilized by undergraduates during the academic year. The complex is made up of four-person townhouses, each featuring two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. You may choose a single occupancy bedroom in a shared townhouse, one bed in a double occupancy bedroom in a shared townhouse, or an exclusive townhouse. Townhouses are located 1.3 miles from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine where the conference takes place. Reservations must be made by June 19, 2025.
