Founder, chairwoman, consultant, mentor and director of sales, Puja Rios plays a key role at an innovative software company. She brings 20 years of account strategy and sales experience to her position, helping the country’s Fortune 1000 companies grow their revenue by understanding hiring trends and worker behavior. Within this multi-million dollar business, Puja is both founder and Chairwoman of the company’s first Women's Alliance Group which empowers women to reach their full professional potential through coaching, mentorship and education. Prior to this, Puja worked with Xerox Corporation and Price Waterhouse Coopers as a consultant and strategic planner. Puja’s ability to empower others became clear at a very young age. Since being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2008, Puja has dedicated herself to giving hope to those whose lives are forever changed by this disease. Through trial and error, education and constant determination, Puja has dissected and revealed the seemingly endless effects of Fibromyalgia. She’s discovered that lifestyle changes, diet, relationships and finding the right doctors are just a few of the topics that need to be addressed if she, or anyone else is to continue successfully living a “normal” life. In addition to founding the first Women’s group at her current company, Puja is an executive board member of Bright Pink, whose mission is to save women’s lives from breast and ovarian cancer by empowering them to live proactively at a young age. Puja currently lives in downtown Chicago with her husband and their bulldog JZ.
